The Body Shop Haul/Review

So I spent too much money last week, so I thought I’d show you what I bought and give you my reviews on the products I purchased!

I’ll start with The Body Shop, I probably bought the most from here as I love nearly every product they have. I also took advantage of an excellent deal they had going on which was when you bought one of their new body sorbets you get an extra 40% off everything else you got! I just had to do it!

Body Sorbets

Like previously mentioned, I bought a few of their new body sorbets. I originally bought 2, but when I visited a second time during the week, they had the amazing deal on, so I had to buy another! I purchased Strawberry, Mango and Pink Grapefruit. The smells are amazing, and they’re so refreshing on your skin. I find The Body Shops body butters too thick for the summer, so these are a great replacement as there very cooling and not too thick. My favourite has to be Mango. I love them and it’s very tempting to buy another!

Vitamin E Hydrating Toner

I feel this product has helped me considerably over the past week! At the time of buying this I was suffering a massive breakout on my skin which I have had for a few months! I immediately started using this and instantly saw a difference. My skin was calming down, it wasn’t as sore and it was reducing in size. Usually when I go from product to product my skin gets worse but I was desperate to find something that would help, and I’m definitely sticking to this. I use it every morning and at night, after exfoliating.

Colour Crush Lipstick

I fell in love with the shades this lipstick comes in. They’re very moisturising and they have a subtle rose scent to them. The colour is quite vibrant but I found it faded quite quickly, compared to other lipsticks I have. Another downer is the lipstick doesn’t show what shade it actually is! Unless I can’t find it…

Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder

I heard so many good reviews about this bronzer, I was dying to get my hands on it, and I am very pleased! Because I’m so pale it’s sometimes hard for me to buy a bronzer that gives a nice glow, but this is definitely one of my favourites. It gives a nice matt finish and glides on perfectly. If you’re pale like me, I would definitely recommend this product. It comes in different shades so you can get the perfect one for your skin tone.

Colour Crush Eye shadow

I was in need of a light grey shade so thought I would give The Body Shops eye shadows a try. I don’t have a lot of their make up range, so it’s nice to give theirs a try. It has a nice sparkly sheen to it and it applies nicely. It has a strong colour too so you don’t need to apply much.

Make Up Brushes

I purchased the lip brush as I didn't have one and I've been wanting one for a while, and I also purchased a standard slanted brush, it’s so soft and really easy to use.

Have any of you used these products? What did you think of them and do you have any recommendations?
