Autumn Lush Haul

Oops! I bought more Lush products... Well when it's my favourite time of year and Lush brings out new products I just can't help myself! I didn't go too mad, I only bought 4 things, but when it gets closer to Christmas I can see myself going a bit crazy!

As it's nearly Halloween Lush brought out a few themed products. I must say, I was expecting a bit more of them, but the store seemed to be filled with Christmas themed products. As much as I love Christmas, I just can't bring myself to buy any of them in October! However, in the end I did buy 2 Christmas themed bath bombs, but this was by accident as I didn't even realise they were Christmas themed!

Wizard

So the presentation... Let's just say it's adorable. I think I can see where they were going with it. The purple bit with the star is the hat? And the white bit is the actual wizard with two little holes for eyes? I'm guessing that's what they were going for. Nevertheless, I still love it. This little wizard is a bubble bar, so you break a bit off and crumble it into a bath under running water to create lots of lovely bubbles! It has a sort of fruity, but sherberty scent to it which bubbles away in your bath. You've probably guessed too that this is a Halloween themed product, and it has been confirmed it will be disappearing after Halloween, so grab it while you still can!

Cinders

This is one of the bath bombs I grabbed which actually happens to come under the Christmas range. This bath bomb is meant to resemble fireside comfort. I can see that now though. It has the yellow part which is then topped off with red popping candy to resemble fire. I'm super excited to use this one. This has a sweet and spicy scent to it with hints of cinnamon. As this is a bath bomb, you just pop it into your bath and watch it fizz away. As I said before, this does come under the Christmas range, so I imagine this will be in shops up until Christmas.

Sparkler

Well this one comes under Halloween and Christmas. As the name suggests, this is a sparkler, just like what you would use on Guy Fawkes night (bonfire night/fireworks night), so for that reason, I understand why they put it in both ranges seeing as it's neither really! This is a bath bomb so, again, you just pop it straight into the bath. It has quite a sweet scent, and it fizzes and crackles around in the water, just like your own fireworks display in your bath tub!

Sparkly Pumpkin

Hmmm pumpkin. This is probably my favourite out of the lot. If you've read my '5 Reasons why I love Autumn' post, you would have seen that I love pumpkin! This is a sparkly bubble bar and it leaves you lying in a tub of sparkly orange delight! Again, it has quite a sweet scent to it and it leaves glitter EVERYWHERE! But I love glitter so that's no problem for me! I just love the look of it! I'm excited to use it, but I'll need to get another soon. As this is a Halloween ranged product, it'll most likely be gone after Halloween, which makes me sad...

Like I said before, I was expecting more Halloween themed products, but the shop was already filled with the Christmas range. When it gets closer to Christmas, I will definitely be going back and getting a huge bag of them, so expect a massive Christmas Lush haul soon!

Have you tried any of these products? Or have you already jumped in and bought some of the Christmas range? What did you think of them? Let me know in the comments!

  2. The sparkler one looks great - they actually all look great. I am such a Lush addict. The ones that are hand moulded always look a bit like childhood playdough creations but I think that adds to the charm?
